Family doctor, family man. Gary Plant proudly describes himself as a husband and father, and says he spends most of his free time “trying to keep up with three very active young children and an equally active wife!” Together as a family, they enjoy taking walks, reading books, going to church and making music.
Gary likes to spend time outdoors, whether it’s hiking, fly fishing or camping. He finds satisfaction in working with his hands through gardening and woodworking. He’s also a big fan of bluegrass music.
Gary participates in community events with his family, and sometimes solo, throughout the year. He appreciates the benefits that come with that involvement, noting that every year brings more and more connections to neighbors and friends throughout the county.
Professionally, he enjoys OB including C-sections, women's health, sports medicine, and caring for adults and children of all ages. Others would include upper and lower endoscopy.
